Founded in 2000, in the Rhondda Valley the business has grown considerably since those early days.

Initially based solely on the provision of FRA’s the customer base continued to grow due to the quality of provision and experience in the team. Within a 5 years the business was servicing local authorities and housing associations across Wales but won its first national contract with HSBC providing over 2500 FRA’s across the length and breadth of the UK. Customers like Lloyds Bank, Land Securities Trillium and Interserve soon followed.

Outgrowing the offices in Ferndale, Riskmonitor relocated to Llantrisant and continue to provide FRA’s and other consultancy services across the UK and has built a reputation of quality and consistency.

It became obvious that managing the significant findings and remedial actions was a huge pain point for our customer base which saw significant investment in our RAMIS software that enables all our customers to manage their portfolios and the associated tasks that come with managing risk across various disciplines like Fire, Gas, Electric, Legionella and Asbestos. Our clients are able to demonstrate compliance easily and manage internal and external contractors to complete a wide diversity of works.
